I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were super clean and had big windows facing the plaza. They are fully equipped with a stove, microwave, dishwasher, everything needed for preparing your own meals. Being next to the metro station and shops made it so convenient to reach all interesting places on foot. However, I found the service to be a bit lacking as it was not as friendly and helpful as I expected. The location was absolutely amazing, just about a 7-minute walk from the main plaza, very central, close to all amenities, and perfect for exploring Madrid on foot. The dining experience was simple but enjoyable with tasty sandwiches. The facilities were great overall.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms are located on an excellent plaza with supermarkets and restaurants just meters away. Our room was spacious for the two of us, really clean, light, and airy, well furnished, and well laid out, facing the front of the building and offering a view across a huge square with a busy nightlife. The service was friendly and accommodating, and the location is excellent, with major attractions within a short walk. However, I found the dining options lacking and wished for a bit more variety.
